Request to have new filter for any project name

Currently no way to filter on the contact name and sometimes users dont know if the name they are searching on is listed as PI or Contact. So propose to add another filter for Any Project Person which searches both

Done in develop branch, will wait to push to master until you take a look at it.

Works! this will allow finding contact people now
