Generic Polls

A worker coop using the Dual Power App may wish to poll an open ended question like "How much should this product cost?" To which people would answer by entering a number. We could implement statistical methods under the hood to calculate the winning number when all the votes are cast. Circles may vote for which statistical method to use for such polls.

data model is already set up to accommodate this :) this would be good for a designer or dev to prototype -- the stuff hydro are working on rn will provide a voting UI, so what we need to figure out is creation and entry points
