Adeptus Astartes - Boarding Patrol - Primarch characters unavailable

Boarding Actions don't allow units with the keyword MONSTER, but PRIMARCH characters have an exception in the Adeptus Astartes mustering rules. They are however not currently available in any (I think) of the Adeptus Astartes lists for boarding actions. This is at least true for ultramarines and dark angels, I have not checked all of the factions.
