Reference Job Roles are emptied when updating Function Groups

Since version 2.40.0 Reference Job Roles are failing in our project. I've been investigating where the issue is and found out that:

• Reference job roles are successfully created/updated initially as part of LegalEntitySaga (method createJobRoles)
• Later Reference job roles are emptied, as no functions are passed to them when they are updated again on method processJobProfiles
