测速结果无法显示

zip版本，全部解压使用，测速功能正常，但测速结果（results.html）显示
数据接口请求异常：error
环境 nginx php(7.3)
端口映射到8081，配置在/web/speedtestx/ 使用，根目录指向该目录
访问为 http://ip:8081/
