feat(api): Citadel rewards

Background

Support rewards with added/paid filters for citadel. Currently possible to fill skeleton and utilize api sdk method. But should go with follow up, after this ticket Citadel-DAO/citadel-contracts#57 will be closed. Probably sdk should go first, and then api.

Tasks

  • Support rewards list in api
  • Extend with _dataTypeHash in rewards events.
