feat: enhance badger ninja with registry view

Summary

Create a lightweight application that allows a user to connect and view all badger registry information.
This view can be build into badger-ninja.

Requirements

  • A user should be able to view all the registered keys and their associated contracts
  • A user should be able to view, sort, filter all registered production vaults
  • Sorting include by version, metadata (name, protocol, behavior), and status
