Update the wiki and docs

Right now the wiki and docs contain some information, but not much. This needs to be updated to included proper references and examples for the console application, and writing tests.

I've updated the Framework Basics page, and created a new Framework Attributes page for a description/example of all attributes.

I've setup the Console docs page in the wiki.
