Street Fighter II screen keeps blinking

After running pyboy StreetFighterII.gb, the game starts fine without blinking. Only when it gets in to the battle scene then it starts blinking.
Python: 3.11.4
PyBoy: 1.6.3
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 (WSL 2)
