Remove the `{{bgr-pagination}}` component

This is old code that isn't really flexible. The PaginationData covers way more use cases and can be used to create a {{bgr-pagination}} like structured pagination. We could add an example of this to the dummy app. Most projects will wrap this with project specific styling anyway so the added boilerplate is abstracted away.
