Ventor's Gamble not scraped correctly

Ventor's Gamble is not scraped correctly. Only the bottom (negative) end of the possible ranges is scraped.

It was this way originally as well. But, it did need some cleanup, and there were some other uniques not getting their values parsed correctly, so those fixed as well.
