Create mesh window not appearing in Unity 5.6.2f1

Working flawlessly in 5.5, our pipe involves creating meshes within the create mesh window. Now in 5.6.2f1 the Create mesh window simply refuses to appear.

I'm actually going to midnight that one as the Mesh Creator is much better in creating meshes.
