Describe the bug
Terrible vertical layout for the group creation component
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Make the view narrow on the index page.
- You will see the create group component's terrible mobile layout
Expected behavior
Should be a vertical layout that is pleasing and easy to select with pudgy fingers.
