Sorry，but I don't remember the version I installed at that time. I believe just install the latest version (or earlier version as long as you can successfully install it) will be fine. It may have some problem during installation, but I fixed them one by one. My first version of code is done by graph-tools, so I didn't switch to NetworkX later time.
