Where am I supposed to find .jar file to execute or precompiled binaries to download? Readme mentions them but I'm unable to find any links.

Hi :) First, I'd like to thank you for making this great software.
However, I'm totally unclear as to where I'm supposed to obtain the version that is ready to run.
The readme says:
Zoom Firmware Editor application is a self-executable jar-file. If you have Java JRE installed, then double-click on "ZoomFirmwareEditor.jar" should launch it.
If you dont have Java installed on your computer, you can download and run "ZoomFirmwareEditor-setup.exe". That setup application will install the compiled Windows executable with embedded JVM (created using Excelsior JET).
As you can see, these aren't links and these files are nowhere to be found. I'm totally puzzled.

I'm sorry, I'm not an experienced GitHub user, maybe you should make it more obvious for those who are not "in the know". Leaving the issue open so you can notice this.
