Add ability to check for updates on excluded

Feature request: Check the welcome screen for updates and see all VM/LVC even if they are excluded from the 'update' command.
So all VM/LXC are will be checked for updates. You could include something like EXCLUDE_UPDATE_CHECK="" (and ONLY_UPDATE_CHECK="") into the config to exclude from update check?
This would save time having to manually check excluded VM/LXC. We have a few VM which are critical and I would not want these auto updating but would like to know when to do updates manually.
