Tracking Issue for Sheet v1.13.1-rc Stabilisation Phase

Stabilisation tracking issue for v1.13.1.

Stabilisation phase is 4 playing sessions without blocking issues.

• Session 1 (2020-03-23) Some issues with sheet updates and the script
• Session 2 (2020-03-30)
• Session 3 (2020-04-06)
• Session 4 (2020-04-15)
• Session 5 (2020-04-21) There is still some weirdness with the script, but it's not the sheet's fault I think

Note: I can't reproduce the weapon import weirdness, so I decided to move ahead and get it merged. If anyone can provide a reproduction path, please open an issue.

Status: Sheet and Script are merged by Roll20.
