Unable to delete monitored path from harvester

Describe the bug
The attached screenshot summarises the bug when trying to delete a harvester monitored path.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to harvesters
Click on inspect (magnifying glass)
Delete one of the monitored paths.
See error

Expected behavior
The monitored path is deleted / removed.

Verified this bug again yesterday, the short-term solution is to recreate an account as this bricks the harvester page for the user. I believe the next steps are to remove the delete button from the harvesters as it isn't currently possible to remove the harvester from the backend.
