Hello, I wanted to check this integration out but unfortunatly I get 403 on https://madoka.brage.info/release/
is there another way to get the mod or the site back up?

The info in the readme is out of date -- I'll update it shortly. The best place to download builds at the moment is https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/prometheus-integration.
