Filtering wrongly rendered characters

Sometimes characters in non-latin language may be rendered wrongly. Do you have an option to filter these characters out? Read more about --strict option here

I have some solution about it, but I don't have enough time write this code to this project quickly, when I work is not busy, I will add this function, Thanks your remind.
