Description
A separate web package that doesn't depend on flutter is needed for cases like using ngdart
and it should be based on package:web (which already has a PR #78)
Requirements
- Move the majority of the logic here to the new package https://github.com/Bdaya-Dev/oidc/blob/main/packages/oidc_web/lib/oidc_web.dart
