Google Speakers resume

One of the things my wife really hates is Google speaker TTS notifications while when she is listening something on same speaker(s).
She has to resume playback by hand.

Hopefully this will solve the biggest issue she has:

This has now been successfully running for half a year. The only thing I never did was keep this script updated.

Also big question now is, since the introduction of Google Assistant SDK, can we now use it for full imersive experience and remove this script completely.

This needs a LOT of work to implement latest version. I'm stuck on older "package" but need to figure how to pull in my system blueprint.
