[Question]: Where is documentation to linphone-daemon?

On your page it says:
"Linphone-daemon supersedes the former "linphonec" console tool ..."
Ok, so I would like to use this Linphone-daemon (under Debian) but... where is any documentation to this app? I mean - where is any info eg. about configuration?
Is Linphone-daemon using .linphonerc file or not? Or maybe some other file? In which file I can set video codec allowed? (Like it Was in [video_codec_0] section in .linphonerc file).
