Allow Transparency and Color Settings to be Disabled

Code a way to disable minimap transparency and/or minimap color.

If for some reason you wish to disable the transparency of your minimap temporarily, or before uninstalling the extension, the user should be able to revert it back.

Use the already existing user setting to accomplish this:
TransparentMinimap.enableTransparentMinimap
