What are the acceptable options for the -E switch?

What are the acceptable options for -E (for a specified -m option)?

You can't know beforehand at this moment. You will have to download everything and filter the output using office software at this moment.
It would be helpful it this software could do it. Better would be if there was a api, but I am not sure something like that exists.
