create-obsidian-platform does not work

Expected behavior

When this option is turned on, the end islands generate obsidian platforms.

Observed/Actual behavior

When this option is turned on, the end does not generate the corresponding obsidian platform.

Steps/models to reproduce

Set create-obsidian-platform in SkyBlock config.yml to true.
Activate an end portal in the Overworld or the Nether.
It will throw the player directly into the void without generating the obsidian platform.
