Add flexibility to column names of input dataset

Would be a lot more helpful if you could drag in any relevant column from your dataset rather than having to rename everything as the visual is expecting. Allows for much easier exploration and playing around in PBI.

Maybe layout for

Date field
Value field
Improvement direction (optional - if not present, take the value from the formatting menu instead? Have default formatting behaviour be in line with the PTD default)
Facet field (optional - and relies on implementation of faceting, which isn't done yet!)
Target field (optional - again, may wish to allow this to be overriden by a value in the formatting panel)
Baseline (optional - again, may wish to allow this to be overriden by a value in the formatting panel)

Changepoints (optional)
Annotations (optional)
