Fix scrolling in summary table and summary matrix

Summary table doesn't seem to bring up option to scroll when more rows than screen space.

Need to test if this occurs for a big enough summary matrix too.

Have tried various DT options without success so far - scrollY, fillContainer=TRUE, autoHideNavigation=FALSE - all not seeming to work as expected. Assume it struggles to understand the size of the container.
