Would be good to give option to pass 'percentage' column that will automatically deal with formatting of % values.
- Update axis labels
- Ensure appropriate rounding
Also should maybe allow to override via an option in the formatting panel.

Have added in a manual toggle that can be used on individual graphs and cards, and also on faceted graphs when every facet is either a percentage or not.
Need to add in an option to pass this through as a column as this is the only way I can think to get it to work in the summary table or in faceted graphs with a range of different measures (some %, some not)
