Improve layout when turning title off in card visual

At the moment, you can turn the title off in the card visual but it leaves you with a lot of whitespace.

Would be better to improve this behaviour so users can choose for the card visual to take up the whole space, then use the built-in title options within PowerBI if they so wish (gives them more control over formatting at present).
