Using RPCS3 + vhui64 in Linux

Im currently having a problem that RPCS3 wont detect the toypad which theres a fix for it in the readme but however its only for windows based systems, i wanted to know if theres anything i could do in order to it to work in Pop OS, i will be waiting for a response

Look like theres a fix for this in this issue: #74, this works but it has some connection problems (not sure if its my machine) i will make a pull request that adds the udev rule in the readme and i will tests it again later
