Add sorting and searching of document

• Minimally have default order be sorted based on last updated (If can, show dropdown menu to allow users to select the order for the users to select by, i.e. ascending descending titles and time)

• Searching based on the title of the document (and tags, refer to #24)

Whilst searching is still incomplete, this issue isn't as mission critical as most browser's already come with a robust search feature. Regardless, we shall attempt to implement this in Milestone 3 if time suffices.
