Consider changing how the "Clicked Point" popup behaves on mobile

Closed this issue · 1 comments

I often use the map on an iPhone, and it loads with the "Clicked Point" popup (which is, by default, your current location) overlaying everything. You then have to dismiss it with a very precise touch of the "close window" link, and if you're not very careful about how you touch the screen thereafter, it pops up again.

I almost never want to look at this popup since I usually get the information I need by glancing at the map itself. It would be helpful to have a way to suppress the popup (optionally) when on mobile.

Hey Rich, There is now a checkbox to toggle off the search when the map is clicked.
