Describe the bug
The 'Vector' page link on vector/README.md does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'vector'
  2. Scroll down and Click on '✔️ Vector'
  3. See error (404 Not found)

Expected behavior
Link to correct Vector page
