Modbus Flex write with function code 4

Describe the requested feature

Requesting new feature in adding functionality to write data to modbus server, so that it data can be read with function code 4.
As of now data written to register with function code 6 and 16 can be read by only function code 3
How to write to register so that data can be read by function code 4

Need to built simulation locally so that no changes required in production environment.
