Implement and fix files & links for GitHub ?

Most links and files forward to the website and this is offline, can someone please fix and replace those with github ?

Also the configurator would be nice. Because you cannot start B3 without configuration file and it wont create one after setup.

Also the configuration procedure is not available here on github.
