XLRStats Webfront V3 user profile issue

Hello!
Do you know why my XLRStats v.3 doesn't show under the user profile infos like Achievements, Activity, Weapons, etc...
i have an image here with the Loading... message

same PC, 2 browser 1 work the other not. Any idea please? has been 6 months now... thank you.
