Suddenly BiglyBt won't run or unistall or reinstall

Suddenly I can't run BiglyBt or unistall or reinstall it through the installer. It just loads the installer then exits. I have tried to run it both through the taskbar link and directly in the folder. I updated JRE (v8 update 421 build 1.8.0_421-b09) but it doesn't solve the problem. There is no running processes in task manager after I click on it, because there's no signs of the app loading.
