how to manipulate the parametres of Detection and Mask Preprocessing ?

I wanted implement the controller of Detection and Mask Preprocessing using slider bar as above.
howerever, I couldn't find any arguments/parmetres related with Detection & Mask Preprocessing.
anyone knows how to set up those parametres?
