Ensembl download for Arabidopsis

Hi Steven,

It's introduced that proteoformer can be used to plants, but there is no Arabidopsis information in script "ENS_db.py". So how can we make SQLite database for Arabidopsis? I'm going to use this this pipeline in maize, a very common pattern plant, but it's a pity that I can only change scripts according to Arabidopsis. I tried to modify ftp link address in "ENS_db.py" and might built a wrong database that cannot get $coord_system_id in mappingQC. Also, plants have chloroplast which different from human, and some species might have contigs, it cannot be ignored in preparation step. Actually, this is really a helpful and widely needed pipeline.
