lost funds, sending swapped dusd to a other wallet OP_DEFI_TX_UTXOS_TO_ACCOUNT

Actual behavior: i send dusd to a wallet and it failed
Expected behavior:
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
my wallet: df1q29qz709v4r0swqefx4nmjzh4ffac94dyeqwd0e
i swapped dfi to dusd and tryed to send it to wallet df1q3t32vyhxrmuly4yu3kqg4yfgsuwzlcxq30dkj9
but here you can see output says " OUT: OP_DEFI_TX_UTXOS_TO_ACCOUNT"

how can i get back my funds?
