Desktop DeFi Wallet not synchronizing to 100%; stuck at 98.98%

Actual behavior: Defi Chain Wallet hasn't been able to sync to 100% in over a week; I am using version 3.1.0

Expected behavior: Typically syncs within 5 minutes. Haven't had a issue like this in about a year

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

What are your environment parameters?

• DeFiCh/app Version: 3.1.0
• Operating System (OS): Windows 64 bit, x64 based processor
  – RAM (GB): 16.0 GB (15.8 usable)
  – CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): 11th Gen Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-1195G7@2.9G
• Current free storage capacity: 270GB free of 476GB
