Adress doesn't show any balance or assets, but transactions

did not use the LightWallet on my android device for some time. now it doesn't load/sync the balance. (running the newest version from the app store). installed on ios device and recovered wallet with seed - same effect. to be clear: it doesn't show zero, it doesn't show any number.
defiscan comes up empty, too.
transfered 2 dfi from other wallet. then, after some loading delay, defiscan showed correct balance, but effect didn't last.
Actual behavior:
well-funded adress not showing any assets / balance. can't access with LightWallet or DefichainWallet.
Expected behavior:
show total balance and assets
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
well, that would need the seed, i guess.....
What are your environment parameters?
running newest version on ios and android. don't think, hardware or version number is the issue here
