Desktop app damaged in MacOS 13.5 Ventura

Actual behavior:

App doesn't run and marked as 'damaged.' app v3.2.9

Expected behavior:

Should run without a problem.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Recently updated MacOS to Ventura 13.5

What are your environment parameters?

• DeFiCh/app Version: 3.2.9
• Operating System (OS): Ventura 13.5
  – RAM (GB): 32
  – CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): M1 Max
• Current free storage capacity: 245GB
