send DFI transaction never arrive

Actual behavior:
DFI transactions never arrive at the target not being listed on defichain scan (the default link that is behind the button in the app).
I tried sending it multiple times over the last couple of months and it all resulted in this issue.
In summary
- Balance goes down but DFI never arrives
- Transaction is never found

What can be the issue here?

- DeFiCh/app Version: Version 3.2.9 (3.2.9)
- Operating System (OS): Apple M1 Pro
– RAM (GB): 16GB
– CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): M1 Pro - Current free storage capacity: enough
