[Feature request] Preselect next window's location

This is a feature from bspwm which lets you choose where the next window is going to be placed.

Now bismuth probably isn't a binary partitioning tiler like bspwm, but if the spiral layout is possible, then maybe this would be as well.

Any way to add this if it hasn't been requested before already?
