How to compile?

First off - nice project. I've been learning about the among us packets with wireshark but I hadn't attempted to actually implement anything with the knowledge i'd learned.
I am new to cpp, can someone tell me how to compile this to AmongUsMenu.dll?
It'd be nice if it said how to do it in the Readme.
