LvL Changer?

Is there any way to incorporate a level changer, similar to the name changer. When I'm In "Expert" and "Serious" lobbies It's quite frustrating to keep getting kicked and I don't want to spend 50/60 hours leveling up just to be able to play in those lobbies.
