BitMEX Market maker bot work on Windows Vista?

Dear all,

Out of interest - anybody able to run the bot on Windows Vista?

When I run (from Anaconda prompt)
(base) C:\Users>marketmaker XBTUSD
I receive following error GUI popup msg:
"The procedure entry point GetCurrentProcessorNumberEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
Then the Anaconda prompt returns msg:
"Intel MKL FATAL ERROR: Cannot load mkl_intel_thread.dll"
