is there any chance that we include fat versions of the icon wherever possible for eg. arrow icons there can be a fat arrow version of the icon similar to this notice the size and thickness of the arrow

This may already be possible. The outline versions of the icons only use strokes. So if you use them on the web, you can control the stroke thickness via CSS very easily. Which platform do you use them on?
